Enroll in your choice of engaging classes for a newschool year of quality arts enrichment and fun!

Classes are divided into smaller groups to ensure students are taught according to their developmental needs and abilities, most commonly into groups of grades PreK-K, K-1, 1-2, or 3-5 (based on class minimums and space allowances).

Children in Serious Fun’s 3D Art class engage their imaginations through hands-on exploration while learning engineering basics of structure and support. 

Using upcycling  materials easily found at home, children experiment with a variety of different materials, colors, and textures to make their own unique 3D art pieces, including sculpture and scene designs. Students will exhibit their original works of art and models in a gallery showcase at Serious Fun’s End-of-Year Celebration!

A hands-on enrichment class where children explore the world of architecture and design through creative building projects. Students learn how to plan, sketch, and construct structures while

experimenting with shapes, balance, engineering and spatial thinking. Students also learn about famous architects, iconic buildings, and design principles, connecting their own creations to real-world architecture and inspiring ideas. Students will exhibit their original works of art and models in a gallery showcase at Serious Fun’s End-of-Year Celebration!

A hands-on enrichment class where children explore drawing, painting, collage, and mixed media. Young artists experiment with materials and techniques while developing fine motor

skills, hand-eye coordination, and build confidence while expressing themselves. Students also learn about influential artists in art history, connecting their own creations to iconic styles and traditions from around the world. Students will exhibit their original works of art in a gallery showcase at Serious Fun’s End-of-Year Celebration!

A fun and imaginative enrichment class where children explore the world of cartooning and Japanese “Kodomo” (children’s) illustration. Kids create their own characters, develop unique drawing

styles inspired by playful, expressive art, and tell stories through comics, Pokémon-style trading cards and more.

Students practice illustration techniques in an accessible and engaging way, including panel design, character development, and storytelling—developing creativity, fine motor coordination, and confidence as they plan, draw, and complete their creations, imagining their own unique worlds. Students will showcase their creations at Serious Fun’s End-of-Year Celebration!

A hands-on enrichment class where children explore the joys of creating their own delicious dishes inspired by different cultures. Students learn essential kitchen skills like measuring, mixing, plating and safety–while developing their palettes

and confidence. Through fun, guided projects, students discover the basics of flavor, presentation, and teamwork as they make tasty, kid-friendly creations–all in a completely vegetarian and nut-free environment. Serious Fun young chefs will showcase what they’ve learned by preparing a delicious dish to share with families at Serious Fun’s End-of-Year celebration!

In this hands-on enrichment class, children discover the wonders of nature through gardening, outdoor exploration, and creative play– blending science, creativity, and movement. Young learners plant seeds, care for growing plants, 

creating nature-inspired art, while learning about insects, weather, and the important role nature plays in our everyday lives. Perfect for growing, curious kids who love to explore!

An energetic enrichment class where children explore fun ways to be active, build strength, and move their bodies with confidence. Through active play games, challenges, and fun activities, kids develop coordination, balance, and

endurance, while making new friends. The class also introduces simple ways to make healthy choices for energy and growth, teaching healthy habits that can last a lifetime. Each session combines movement, creativity, and learning to keep children engaged, motivated, and the importance of being physically active.

In this engaging enrichment class students are introduced to the fundamentals of keyboard playing in a fun and supportive environment. Through hands-on instruction, the children learn basic note reading, rhythm, finger

placement, and simple songs while also help children develop fine motor skills and build self-esteem. Classes incorporate engaging exercises and creative activities that build coordination, listening skills, and musical confidence, while encouraging self-expression and a love of music. The students will showcase their newly developed musical talents with a live performance at Serious Fun’s End-of-Year celebration!



This high-energy enrichment class children explore a variety of sports, including soccer, basketball, netball and more, in a fun, supportive environment. Students develop fundamental skills like coordination, agility, teamwork, and 

sportsmanship while trying new games and challenges. With a mix of skill drills, friendly competitions, and team activities, every child has the opportunity to discover their favorite ways to move and play. Activities are held both indoors and outdoors, as weather allows. It’s the perfect way for students to get lots of exercise and improve balance and coordination, while learning to work together as a team towards a common goal.

In Serious Fun’s STEAM class, students explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math with our partner, Launch Math + Science! Launch presents complex topics in engaging, interactive, age-appropriate lessons and 

DIY projects that the students build and take home. Whether it’s learning basic engineering and coding concepts and robotics, or how combining certain chemicals can produce surprising results, or how to use the “detective process” to analyze fingerprints and solve mysteries, our team approach methods tie scientific theory to creative design in amazing ways that inspire kids to engage and learn!

A dynamic enrichment class where children explore the wonders of the world of theater both onstage and behind the scenes. Students learn acting, storytelling, and choreography, bringing characters and scenes to life through 

movement, voice, and performance. In addition to performing, students gain hands-on experience with backstage roles like set design, props, lighting, and stage management, discovering how every part of a production comes together. Each session encourages creativity, teamwork, confidence, and communication skills, helping children shine both in front of an audience and behind the curtain. The students will showcase their newly developed theatrical skills at Serious Fun’s End-of-Year Celebration!

Serious Fun’s PreK Arts Studio class is designed for young, budding artists to explore their imaginations through hands-on artistic expression while learning the foundations of painting, drawing, and design using an array of 

mediums. Children are also introduced to influential artists in art history, connecting their own creations to iconic styles and traditions from around the world. PreK students experiment with a variety of different materials, colors, and textures to make unique art pieces and nature-inspired crafts, while honing their fine motor skills, and building confidence.

Serious Fun’s PreK Music class introduces preschool-aged children to the language of music. Students sing and play musical games, exploring a variety of instruments including keyboards, ukuleles and more. By the 

end of the program year, students develop a foundation in ear training, advance their sense of rhythm, and learn the basics of reading music, helping to develop a life-long love of music.
