ACS Vouchers
IMPORTANT NEWS: Income eligibility for child care assistance has
increased for families across New York City. This increase means that more
families in your program may be eligible for an ACS child care voucher.
Please see the table for updated income guidelines.
Families must also have an approved reason for seeking child care (“reason
for care”). This reason must be at least one of the following:
- You work 10+ hours per week
- You are in an educational or vocational training program
- You have been looking for work
- You live in temporary housing (priority access)
- You are attending services for domestic violence
- You are receiving treatment for substance abuse
ACS is currently accepting applications for child care assistance for families
citywide through MyCity. MyCity makes it easy for families to apply online for
assistance and track the status of their application.
