Amber Hall

(She/Her/Hers) Amber Hall is a Human Resource professional with 15+ years of nonprofit management experience. She has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employment contract negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development, and management coaching.

She holds a Master’s in Business Administration in Organizational Management from Westcliff University (Irvine, CA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy with a pre-law concentration from Georgia State University (Atlanta, GA). Amber is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) with an SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification. She is also a Certified Mediator who received her certification through the University of Georgia Athens (Athens, GA).

Amber is highly collaborative and strives to motivate through personal and professional development. She conducts herself with positive energy and reliability across levels. No matter the situation, team members will always be treated with dignity and respect.

Nikki Ravaliere

(She/Her/Hers) Nikki Ravaliere is a senior youth development leader and nonprofit administrator with over 17 years of experience advancing high-quality afterschool and youth-serving programs through direct service, program leadership, and organizational strategy. She began her career in afterschool programs as an entry-level group teacher and advanced through every level of direct service and leadership, developing a comprehensive, ground-up understanding of program quality, staff development, and operational excellence. Her work spans traditional school-based environments and supervised facilities, with a consistent focus on safety, equity, and outcomes-driven practice.

Nikki’s professional foundation is rooted in nontraditional education shaped by extensive first-hand experience, continuous field-based learning, and annual professional training across youth development, compliance, equity, and organizational leadership. She founded a consulting and capacity-building practice as Founder and Chief Facilitation Officer, serving as a trusted partner to youth development professionals across the field. She is currently completing her degree in Youth Studies and Business Administration. Nikki holds a New York State School-Age Care (SAC) Credential and can advise and mentor credential candidates. She also holds a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of Florida.
 
Nikki is a strategic and people-centered leader who values youth voice and choice and believes high-quality programs should be both rigorous and engaging. She leads with creativity, clarity, and accountability, partnering across teams to build sustainable systems that support staff excellence, elevate program quality, and create environments where young people and professionals alike can thrive.
