Drop-in Days

We offer a drop-in day for registered families only at a rate of $45 per day.  You must notify your Site Supervisor with 2 school days’ notice before the date of service. No more than 5 drop-in days may be used in a calendar month.

 

Tax Deduction Information:

As a registered child care provider, the cost of the Serious Fun program can be deducted from federal income taxes for families that qualify. Please consult a tax professional for more information.

 

Childcare receipts will be emailed to families during the tax season, so be sure to check your email for this important information.

Tuition Payment Options:

Families can pay the school year tuition in full at one time, or in monthly installments. Our secure payment portal accepts credit cards or direct payments from bank accounts (ACH).

 

Families must provide bank account or credit card information for program fees and any additional charges. 

 

Families need to notify Serious Fun in writing immediately of any changes to the credit card or banking information on file, to avoid failed and/or duplicate transactions. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

 

Installment plan available

Installment payments are the total due (tuition + registration fee) paid over a maximum of 10 installments: You make the first installment payment when you register your child.  The remaining balance is paid over 9 equal monthly installments starting August 25 and ending April 25.  If you register after August 25th, your balance will be divided by the number of monthly installments left until April 25.  All installments are billed on the 25^th or the closest business day. Installments are the total due (tuition + registration fee) starting with a deposit of your the total due and the remaining balance is divided evenly for 9 easy and affordable payments until May 1st. The first installment is due at the time of registration and each subsequent installment payment will be automatically processed on the 1st of every month, or closest business day of each month. If you register after the start of the program, the tuition is prorated and divided evenly among the remaining monthly payments until May 1st.

Sliding Scale Tuition is available to families: 

• needing full time child care 5 days per week, 
• with a household Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) of less than $87,500 to enroll 1 child, 
• or an household AGI less than $150,000 annually to enroll 2 or more children 

Monthly installment payments are $400 per month, for full time after school care (5 days a week) – for a savings of up to 50% off our standard tuition.*  

Tuition includes all activities, enrichment class each day and wrap-around care until 5:45 pm.
